I Receive an Error Related to Proxy Server Details

If you receive the proxy server error shown below, try to correct the proxy server details in the 4Printing client.

  1. Click OK to open the 4Printing Client.
  2. Navigate to Tools > Settings.
  3. Under Proxy Settings, select the I connect to the internet via a proxy server check box.
  4. Enter your proxy server details, as well as your network username and password.

    You may need to contact your IT Department to obtain the proxy server details.

  5. Click OK and retry the items you wish to print.
