If you are using Internet Explorer 9 and the Help site is not displaying correctly in
        the right hand panel of Viewpoint For Projects™, you need to adjust some settings in the
        application.

There few reasons why you may be missing certain features of the View and
   Mark Up tool.

I am missing some features of the View and Markup tool

If you do not have login credentials, you need a new user invitation, and you were sent an existing user invitation. Please contact the project administrator who will be able to issue you a new user invitation.

How do I log in if I don't have a username?

If you have forgotten your user name or password, you can retrieve either by clicking
   Forgot your username or password? on the site login page.

I Forgot My Password and/or User Name!

If you didn't receive the reset password email, you might have entered your username or an old email address.

How do I reset my password if I didn't receive the reset password email?

If you cannot remember the email address that you used when you created your user account, contact your Local Administrator who may be able to confirm it for you.

I don't remember what email address I used to create an account. Can I still recover my login credentials?

If you apply permissions to a new profile instead of an existing one while accepting an invitation, you will have two profiles, one to access one project and another profile to access the other project. If you only want one profile, you can merge your profiles into one so you do not have to switch between them.

What happens if I apply permissions to a new profile instead of an existing one?

Display issues that may occur after logging into Viewpoint For Projects™ can affect
        the navigation tree, tabs, or column headers. Clearing your browser's cache will likely
        resolve this issue.

Application Is Not Displaying Correctly!

If your Enterprise appears with a grey line through it when you are logging in, either your password has expired or it does not meet the standards of the password policy. You'll need to reset it.

Why does the Enterprise appear with a grey line through it?

To make changes to your user account, such as your password or email address, open your personal details from the main
  navigation tree by clicking Personal Settings. Changes may include modifications to your password
  or to the email account associated with your account or user information.

How Do I Update My Account Information?

When you opt out of email notifications, you will not receive emails on items,
        containers, workflows, and transmittals that you are copied as a recipient on. They will
        simply show up in your personal or project inbox within Viewpoint For Projects™. Opting out of email notification will not prevent you from receiving a daily/weekly
        report.

How Do I Opt Out of Email Notifications?

If your application is running slowly, make sure that you set up your browser
  correctly, as this will improve performance.

You can change between two enterprises using the Change Enterprise option within the
  navigation tree.

How Do I Move Between Two Enterprises?

If you can't access a project, you may not have the correct permissions for that
  specific project. Consult your site administrator for assistance.

							Employees can view pay stub summaries, including net pay and total

							to review and manage information currently on file for those employees

The Reports Catalog provides information about each of the reports available in <span class="keyword">Vista</span>, including the report location, a description of the report and report parameters, and a screenshot of the report itself.</p>
            <p class="p"> To access the Reports Catalog, click the Reports Catalog icon on the Vista 2022 R1 home page. </p>
