Clear Cache in Chrome
If you use Chrome to access VFP and are experiencing performance issues, clearing your cache, cookies, and temporary internet files may resolve the issues.
- Open the VFP login page.
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to open the Clear Browsing Data window for Chrome.
- In the Obliterate Items From field, select the beginning of time .
Ensure that only the following check boxes are selected.
- Cookies and Other Site and Plugin Data
- Cached Images and Files
- Click Clear Browsing Data.
- Close the pop-up window.
- Press Ctrl+ F5.
- Close the browser entirely, re-open, and log in again.
