Clear Cache in Chrome

If you use Chrome to access VFP and are experiencing performance issues, clearing your cache, cookies, and temporary internet files may resolve the issues.

  1. Open the VFP login page.
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to open the Clear Browsing Data window for Chrome.
  3. In the Obliterate Items From field, select the beginning of time .
  4. Ensure that only the following check boxes are selected.
    • Cookies and Other Site and Plugin Data
    • Cached Images and Files
  5. Click Clear Browsing Data.
  6. Close the pop-up window.
  7. Press Ctrl+ F5.
  8. Close the browser entirely, re-open, and log in again.
