Clear Cache in Firefox
If you use Firefox to access VFP and are experiencing performance issues, clearing your cache, cookies, and temporary internet files may resolve the issues.
- Open the VFP login page.
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to open the Clear Recent History window for Firefox.
- In the Time Range to Clear field, select Everything.
- Click Clear Now.
- Close the pop-up window.
- Press Ctrl+ F5.
- Close the browser entirely, re-open, and log in again.
