Clear Cache in Firefox

If you use Firefox to access VFP and are experiencing performance issues, clearing your cache, cookies, and temporary internet files may resolve the issues.

  1. Open the VFP login page.
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to open the Clear Recent History window for Firefox.
  3. In the Time Range to Clear field, select Everything.
  4. Click Clear Now.
  5. Close the pop-up window.
  6. Press Ctrl+ F5.
  7. Close the browser entirely, re-open, and log in again.
