You can make keywords and descriptions mandatory by requiring them at the Enterprise level.

1. Right-click on the enterprise and go to Configure > Settings > Manage.
   The Container Settings window appears.
2. Click Override next to any of the following user settings:
   • KEYWORD_REQ
   • DOCUMENT_DESC_MANDATORY
   • TASK_DESC_MANDATORY
   • DISCUSSION_DESC_MANDATORY
   The User Settings Wizard window appears.
3. Make sure Can override is selected.
4. Click Next and configure the setting.
5. Click Next, Finish, and Close.
   You are directed back to Container Settings.
6. Click OK.
