Export a Contact to a Virtual Address Card

A virtual address card is a standard method of exchanging data between applications. Exporting a contact to a virtual address card allows you to export contact information to a local email client (for example, Microsoft Outlook).

  1. Navigate to Directory > Users in an enterprise, site, or project.
    A list of users that have access to the enterprise, site, or project appears.
  2. Click on the VCard icon () next to a contact.
    The virtual address card downloads to your computer.
  3. Open the downloaded file, and the contact page of your email client also opens.
  4. Save and close the file, and the contact information is saved to your email client.
