Batch Print from the Search Page
You can batch print items from the Search page.
To batch print items from the Search Page, first select the item(s) to be included in the batch. This can be done by placing a tick next to the items in the tick column of the search table.
You can select multiple items in a row by left-clicking the tick column of an item, holding down the Shift key and left-clicking the tick column of the other item. Alternatively, you can select multiple, specific items by holding down the CTRL key and left-clicking the tick column.
Once you have selected the items, click Action from within the toolbar and select Print from the drop-down menu. A Launching Application window is displayed.
Once the application has been launched and the selected items have been transferred for print, the 4Printing application screen below appears with the previously selected items listed.
Within the 4Printing screen, you can select previously created batch prints using the Select Batch Print drop-down menu.
The 4Printing screen allows you to simply print the items in the batch using your printer's default settings by clicking Print. Alternatively, you can change your specific printers default settings and apply these new settings to all of items in the batch. This can done by clicking Print Settings and choosing a configuration for your printer in which you prefer.
You can also change your printer's default settings for specific items in the batch. This can be done by clicking Click To Setunder the Printer Settings column and choosing a configuration for your printer.
Once you are happy with how your printer is configured, you can print the items in the batch by clicking Print. This will then start the printing process, which includes downloading/publishing the items in the batch and then sending them to the printer. A progress bar shows the stage of the printing process and overall progress. The Print Status column shows when an item has been sent to the printer.
Once the printing process is complete, click Close.
