Retrieve Bid Items

If you have submitted your bid, you can retrieve and update the bid.

You can retrieve and update the bid if the following is true:

  • The phase return deadline has not passed.
  • The tender manager has set up the tender project to allow bid retrievals.
  1. Click on the tender project in the main site menu to display the Summary page.
  2. Click Retrieve to retrieve your bid.
  3. Update the bid items in the document or delivery containers.
    1. Select on each delivery container and click Check for Updates.
      Any items that have been revised appear highlighted in red.
    2. Select the revised items and click Build New Revision.
    3. Any new items uploaded will also need to be added to the delivery container.
  4. Resubmit the bid return items.
    1. Click on the tender project in the main site menu to display the Summary page.
    2. Click Return.
The winning bid manager will receive an email notification when the tender manager has awarded the bid.
