The Information Planner on the BIM Home page allows you to monitor a project in terms of deliverables.

You can view which data is due and the responsible party during each stage of the project. Viewpoint For Projects™ indicates the status of deliverables using red-amber-green designations.

You can drill down to a very precise level of detail (such as seeing if COBie data is required as a part of a deliverable) or use the Information Planner as a high-level summary tool. You can also export the Information Planner to an Excel (.xlsx) file so that it can be altered outside of the application and re-imported to a new project.

An administrator with access to the Configure Project Protocols function can set up the roles, stages, and deliverables that appear in the Information Planner.
