Dashboards

A dashboard helps you track the status of items in their respective workflows in a modern and easy-to-use display.

By default, the dashboard displays information for you, the logged-in user, when first accessed. For example, the first metric displayed in the new dashboard shows the number of items in your court. This is the number of items assigned to you that are awaiting action by you within the current project (and any subprojects). However, you can choose to view information for a different organisation/user by selecting that entity from the Organisation/User drop-down list. The list contains organisations/users with access to the project. You can clear the entity selected in the drop-down by clicking the Refresh icon.

The dashboard contains several different tiles and charts, many which allow you to drill through and act on the underlying data. Tiles and charts are currently not configurable, meaning that the new dashboard displays the same tiles and charts in the same location for each user. For a description of each tile and chart, see Tiles and Charts in a Dashboard.

The dashboard displays metrics are based on the most up to date information. You can update the metrics at any time by clicking Refresh.
