Enter Progress on Tasks

Enter notes and a percent complete to convey the progress on a task.

Watch the video or use the written steps below to learn how to enter progress on tasks.

  1. Go to the task container and click on the Name of the task.
    The Task View window opens.
  2. Enter information about your progress in Body Text.
  3. Select the user that is working on the task from Assigned To.
  4. Enter a number in Percentage Complete that corresponds to the percent that the task is complete.
  5. Click OK.
Your progress is saved under Task Posts. You can access any attachments to a task by expanding the corresponding post and clicking the paperclip icon .
