Use Live Revise

Live revise enables users to open and amend a file directly in the application. Once a file has been opened and amended using live revise, saving the file will create a new revision of the file, including the amends. This means you don't have to download the file to your machine, amend the file, and then upload it to the application as a new revision.

You can only use the Live Revise feature if the correct editing software is installed on your machine. For example, you can only edit a MS Word document if you have MS Word installed on your workstation. Live Revise supports file types from the Microsoft Office Suite of applications. The files can be opened in Microsoft Office 2007, 2010 and 2013.
