What's New in VFP 2020-04 – June 2020

The fourth release of Viewpoint For Projects™ 2020 delivers the ability for administrators to mandate Multi-Factor Authentication on projects, as well as further authentication framework for future ViewpointOne platform developments.

Web Enhancements

  • Multi-Factor Authentication- Adminstrators now have the ability to enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all users on a project. An export function allows you to see the users you will affect before you enable the MFA function. For details on how to enable MFA see Configure Multi-Factor Authentication.
  • Authentication Improvements - The change password screen has been updated for this release. We are now asking you to use your email for your username. Your password must be updated in-line with our updated requirements. See Password Policy.
