Permission groups allow HR administrators to determine whose employee information HR specialists can view from the Employee Dashboard and to assign approval permissions.
Access Permission Groups by selecting the Employee Self-Service main menu and then selecting .
Permission Groups Overview
Permission Groups information is organized into the following sections:
Specialists: Lists the HR specialists available in the system.
Companies: Lists the companies available in the system and, if applicable, the cost centers associated with those companies.
Permissions: Allows HR admins to assign HR specialists in this permission group the ability to approve (or deny) Personal Information updates submitted by employees.
An HR admin must set up permission groups before HR specialists can access Employee Dashboard information. HR specialists can belong to multiple permission groups and may have different approval permissions across different groups.
