The Employee Dashboard allows HR administrators and HR specialists to access employee information currently on file in your Spectrum ERP system.
Access the Employee Dashboard from the Employee Self-Service home page by selecting the Employee Dashboard icon under HR Admin Tools. Or, select the main menu in the upper left corner of the home page, and then select Employee Dashboard.
Employee Dashboard Overview
From the Employee Dashboard, HR admins and HR specialists can search for employees by name or filter the dashboard by company, cost center, craft master (unions), payroll department, and employment status. HR admins and HR specialists with approval permissions can use the dashboard to filter by and access changes that are pending approval. Selecting an employee's name on the dashboard opens the Employee Details page where the HR team member can review and manage information currently on file for that employee.
