View Change History

View a history of change activities on an employee's record.

  1. Open the Employee Details page for an employee. To do this, select an employee name from the Employee Dashboard. See View Employee Details for more information.

    The Employee Details page opens to the Personal & Employment Info section by default.

  2. On the left side of the Employee Details page, select the History section.

    The Audit History page opens. Audit history details include the date and time that a change was made, the specific field that was changed on the employee's record, and the approval status.

  3. You can select the Refresh button in the upper right of the page to ensure that you are viewing the most recent changes.
