Custom Onboarding Tasks and Forms

Profile group administrators design onboarding tasks using form templates. These templates replace hard copy documents that you might have used in the past.
Form templates provide a variety of question options, including check boxes, drop-downs, multiple choice, and text questions. You can also require a signature on a form or provide fillable PDF versions of state withholding forms for new hires to complete.
Profile group administrators assign tasks or forms to hiring profiles. Hiring Managers can assign tasks to individual new hires as appropriate.
