Hiring Profiles (Process Builder)

Hiring profiles allow you to create onboarding packets specific to different roles in your organization.

All new hires who fall under a hiring profile complete the same tasks as part of the onboarding process. Tasks might include completing compliance forms, certificates, or safety training, or reviewing a company handbook. You can set tasks as required as needed.

Additionally, each hiring profile is assigned to a profile group. The profile group designates HR specialist permissions. In order for an HR specialist to see a new hire's information, the new hire's profile must be assigned to the HR specialist's profile group.

Each new hire's assigned profile displays on the New Hire Dashboard and on the New Hire Details page.

Profile Group administrators can create, edit, or delete hiring profiles at any time.
