Failed to Initialize Reasons
Resolve issues when new hire records fail to initialize to Spectrum.
If a new hire record fails to initialize to Spectrum, a Failed Reason displays on the New Hire Details page (Info & Status section).
After correcting issues, an HR specialist should follow the standard procedure to initialize the new hire's record to Spectrum.
Common reasons initializing might fail are listed below.
|Duplicate Social Security Number||Validate the Social Security Number entered in Personal Info.|
|Duplicate Employee Number (applies to manually-entered employee IDs only)||Review the Employee Number entered in Spectrum Details. Assure that a unique number was used.|
