Transition to a Live Company: Verify Field Service Settings

Verify Field Service settings when going live with your test company.

Field Service

  1. Select Admin > User Access.
  2. Ensure that the appropriate users have access to Field Service, and, if applicable, HR Timecard for your live company.
  3. Select Admin > Portal Settings > Field Service > General Configuration.
  4. Ensure that Employee Groups assigned in the following portal settings are assigned to your live company (if a setting is blank, it may not be in use):
    • User Group for Field Service
    • User group to allow adding and editing of service items on a service site
    • User group to allow adding and editing of work order header information
