Configure Applicant Tracking

Before you can use Applicant Tracking, your System Admin must enable the Applicant Tracking module and complete required configuration steps in Vista and the HR Management web application.

After configuration is complete, the Onboarding / ATS admin can build job categories and templates, which are required for creating and posting job requisitions.
Note: The page where you post jobs via the Applicant Tracking module must be available externally in order for candidates outside of your company to be able to apply.
