Configure Default Emails

Certain default emails sent via HR Management are configured through portal settings. These are different from the emails managed on the Email Templates page.

The following settings are available from Admin > Portal Settings > Onboarding / ATS > ATS.

Only System Admins may access portal settings.

Portal Setting Description
Email Template ID for Automatic Req Close Notifications These notifications go to recruiters when a job requisition that they are assigned to is approaching its Anticipated Close Date. The Anticipated Close Date is assigned on the Job Requisition Detail page.
Email Template ID for Submitted Email Response Response emails go to applicants after they submit an application.
Note: If you want recruiters to receive a copy of this email, blind copy them on the email template. See Send Recruiters an Email When a Candidate Applies.
Email Template ID for Veteran Reviewer Notification (advanced setting) These notifications go to recruiters assigned as Veteran Reviewers when a veteran, self-identified on the Voluntary Self-Identification form, has submitted an application. This setting works only if you are assigning Veteran Reviewers to job requisitions.
Email Template for Failure Response to Applicant These emails are sent when a recruiter selects Confirm and Email when disqualifying an applicant. Recruiters can review and modify the email before sending it.
