JobTarget Integration

JobTarget allows your organization to post job requisitions to multiple job boards at a discounted rate. Viewpoint customers receive individualized service from JobTarget.

Simply complete the online form available at: https://go.jobtarget.com/ViewpointOnboard. A JobTarget representative will contact you to determine the best service for your organization.
Note: JobTarget integration requires that your employee portal is available externally.

JobTarget advertises on popular job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and ZipRecruiter, as well as state, local, college, and construction-specific jobs sites. In addition, JobTarget posts to job boards popular in Canada and Australia, and continues to add to their job board database based on customer suggestions.

For companies in the United States with government contracts, JobTarget has a paid service for OFCCP compliance.

JobTarget integrates with Applicant Tracking and Onboarding, giving you the ability to:

  • Push job requisitions to JobTarget directly from HR Management.
  • Track and filter job requisition postings by job board.
  • View a history of when and where job requisitions were posted and by which user.
After you sign up for JobTarget's service, JobTarget provides your organization with a unique partner token and a URL for analytics tracking. Your System Admin must configure these settings in HR Management and enable JobTarget posting. Onboarding Admins or recruiting managers can then push job requisitions to JobTarget and post those requisitions to job boards via the JobTarget application.
Note: Only Onboarding Admins or recruiting managers with email addresses on file can push job requisitions to JobTarget. Recruiters can see JobTarget information in the Job Requisition and Applicant Search grids, but cannot access JobTarget links in HR Management.
