Change the description of the frequency code in the Benefits module without changing the actual frequency code in Vista.

1. Add the following UD Fields on the HR Benefit Code via the VA Custom Fields Wizard:
   • udEmployerUM (this is for your Liability Codes)
   • udEmployeeUM (this is for your Deduction Codes)
2. Add the frequency code you want to display in the Benefits module to your HQ Frequency Code (for example, Per Pay Period)
3. Assign the new frequency codes to the HR Benefit Code.
   
   
4. Select Admin > Portal Settings, and then select Refresh Synonyms.
