Dependent Requests

Benefits Admins can review requested changes to dependents on the Dependent Requests page.

Access this page by selecting Approval > Dependent Requests.

  • Select the green box with a check mark in it to approve requested changes. Approved changes update HR Resource Dependents in Vista.

  • Select the Review button to view dependent details. The Benefits Admin can also edit, approve, and reject from this view.

    Note: Only the last four digits of a dependent's Social Security number display.
  • Select Reject to remove the dependent submission. A note is required when rejecting a dependent request.

    Note: If a new dependent is added during a Benefits window, the user will be able to add the new dependent to any benefit. The Benefits Admin cannot approve the election until the new dependent has been approved.
