Dependent Requests
Benefits Admins can review requested changes to dependents on the Dependent Requests page.
Access this page by selecting

Select the green box with a check mark in it to approve requested changes. Approved changes update HR Resource Dependents in Vista.

Select the Review button to view dependent details. The Benefits Admin can also edit, approve, and reject from this view.
Note: Only the last four digits of a dependent's Social Security number display. -
Select Reject to remove the dependent submission. A note is required when rejecting a dependent request.
Note: If a new dependent is added during a Benefits window, the user will be able to add the new dependent to any benefit. The Benefits Admin cannot approve the election until the new dependent has been approved.
