Turn Off Vista Notification Emails for Leave Requests

To prevent Vista notification emails from being sent to approvers for leave requests, turn off email notification settings in HR Approval Groups in Vista.

In Vista, select Human Resources > Programs > HR Approval Groups, and deselect the Email Notification check box for the applicable Approval Group.

To prevent those requesting time off from receiving email notifications, you will need to remove their HR Co and HR Resource number from all of your employee VA User Profiles.
