Assign a User to Training and Education

Skills and training can be maintained in HR Resources in Vista and made available for users to view on the Training History page in HR Management.

  1. In Vista, select Human Resources > Programs > HR Resources.
  2. Add the applicable classes or training to the Training/Education and Skills tabs.

  3. In HR Management, select Admin > Portal Settings > Training > General Configuration.
  4. Select Enable Employee Skills and Training Course Viewing.
  5. In HR Companies to include for Training Module, list the HR company numbers (comma separated) applicable to the training functions in the system.

To access the Training History page, employees select Employee Tools > Training History. On this page, employees can view training details or attachments by selecting the View Detail button. They can also select the Export Results button to export training and skills information to an Excel sheet, PDF, or transcript.
