Review your Career Path

Use the Career Path page view potential career paths that you might explore based on your current position, along with the training and skills required for each job in that path.

The Career Path page is available only if your current position has a career path configured in HR Management. If your position qualifies for multiple career paths, those paths display in the Choose a career path option dropdown at the top of the page.
  1. Select Employee Tools > Career Path.
  2. Under Current Position, review the Skills and Training Courses associated with your position.
    Required skills and training are noted. Skills and courses that you have completed are also noted.
  3. Under Next Position, select the dropdown to review positions available in your career path.
    Jobs display in progressive order. If you select a position, the Skills and Training Courses sections update to show the related skills and training for that job.
    If your job qualifies for multiple career paths, selecting a different path from the Choose a career path option at the top of the page can change the jobs listed in the Next Position dropdown.
