Dependents

When reviewing dependent details from the Dependent Requests page, a note is now required if a dependent request is rejected. Previously, a note was required only if a dependent request was rejected from the grid. 105947

Earnings

For users who declined electronic document delivery, the check boxes for Paystubs and W-2 Forms were missing from the Document Selection section after the update to version 21.9. 105613

Expenses

Following first-level approval of an expense item, higher-level expense approvers were receiving real-time email notifications even if real-time email notifications were not enabled via the portal setting Enable notifications to managers when expense items are submitted for approval. Onboarding / Applicant Tracking

Attachment types assigned to custom tasks were not showing in the HR Resource Master after initializing a new hire to Vista. The default attachment type was showing instead. 105678

Personal Information

When the Country Code was set to AU in the portal, date fields in Personal Info approval were showing as one day earlier than the date the user selected when submitting the update. 105667

With portal setting Earn Codes to exclude from Time Worked Subtotal Validation enabled, earn code errors displayed on Grid and Standard Timecards. Setting location: Admin > Portal Settings > Timecard > Time Clock. 105704
After updating to version 21.9, the Standard Timecard expense entries displayed as hours, not dollar amounts. 105692
