General

The following error message displayed during the update to version 21.06 if the name of the KDS-HRIM database had been changed prior to the update: KDS-HRIM does not exist.104419
Note: Resolved in an update after release 21.6+.
The system now requires https URLs entered in the advanced portal setting URL to redirect to when logging out of the portal. Setting location: Admin > Portal Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Security / Login > Advanced Configuration.

Benefits

Benefit Requests badge did not update if a user elected a benefit code and that code was deleted in Vista before the benefit election was approved in the portal. 104386

Onboarding / Applicant Tracking

New employees saw a Documents Awaiting Action banner at their initial portal login even if they had no documents pending action.103899
The Onboarding PIN field label was missing from the login page if an http URL was entered in the portal setting: URL to redirect to when logging out of the portal. Setting location: Admin > Portal Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Security / Login > Advanced Configuration.104422
On the Manage Tags page, if a district-specific tag was set to Global and a user refreshed the page, the District field was cleared.104831

Timecards

When saving a Grid Timecard, an error was recorded in the Error Log, but no errors displayed on the Grid Timecard page.104384

Usage Units added in the Grid Timecard were not carrying into the Vista PR Timecard entry batch, and were displayed as 0. 104403

Users were not able to clock in or out in kiosk mode if the portal setting Disable Non-Password Kiosk Mode was unchecked and a password was not set for the kiosk mode page. Setting location: Admin > Portal Settings > Timecard > Time Clock.101640
Users who forgot to clock out the day before received a Successfully Clocked Out message when clocking in the next morning if employee group is assigned to the portal setting Employee Group to exclude from overnight clock-in. Setting Location: Admin > Portal Settings > Timecard > Time Clock. 103949
Error occurred when manually editing an employee's time with a start but not a stop time in the Time Worked Grid. The update is not saved and if you navigate away or reload the page you will see the original time listed. CrewTemplateID field in Timecard Settings and Grid Timecard Layouts was displayed.
The following error message displayed when total hours worked was equal to the standard work week hours: Your timecard hours have exceeded the standard work week; confirm that any overtime hours are designated accordingly.104840
When portal setting Enable Time Worked Validation is enabled, and a user enters a break time greater than '1', an error displays and the timecard was not saved. Message: Could not submit timecard. Time worked does not match up with time allocation for employees. Setting Location: Admin > Portal Settings > Timecard > Time Clock.104841
