If an expense failed to move to a Vista AP Transaction Entry batch due to a GL error, that expense amount was still included in the Invoice Total in AP Transaction Entry. 108915
Purchase order expense values did not update when selecting different items on the purchase order. 108876
Applying Search on the Expense Posting Dashboard for a company with expense items resulted in an infinite spinner. 109252
Expense Approval notes were duplicated for reviewers on the same approval sequence, resulting in the following error message on the Expense Posting Dashboard when moving the item to Vista: String or binary data would be truncated in table Viewpoint.dbo.bPRTB, column Memo. Truncated value: Created from Keystyle Expense Portal [Date; Approver Name]. This statement has been terminated. 109126

Issues Fixed Issue #
For Applicant Tracking users, all job categories were showing on the external careers page even if the URL website address for the careers page was filtered by job category. 108913
Date fields in the header of an Onboarding or Applicant Tracking task converted any year beginning with 19 to 20. For example, the year 1980 was converted to 2080. 108954

If a new hire entered zero exemptions on Form W-4, when that new hire record was initialized to Vista, the HR Resources record showed a zero (0) for Regular Exempt's and Add'l Exempt's for that employee instead of those fields being blank. 108977
Corrected typos in the Public Burden Statement section of the online Voluntary Self-Identification form. 108850

  • Restrict Time-Off Requests to no more than Projected Accrued or Current Available Balance
108926
Note: Resolved in an update after release 22.8+.
The Time Off page did not default to the logged-in user if that user was assigned as a Time Off Admin for multiple companies and had logged in to the company with the higher number. 109066
Note: Resolved in an update after release 22.8+.
A blank page resulted when an authorized user selected to view an employee's time off request details from the Time Off Dashboard. 109061
Leave requests did not flow to Vista as expected due to a timeout error. 108879
Time Off dates were not reset after an employee changed the leave code. 109206
Requesting time off for multiple days in a row resulted in multiple notifications and separate time off requests. 109177

Timecards

Issues Fixed Issue #
In the portal setting Begin date offset - how many days relative to the begin date of the pay period should the portal entry batch be created, if users entered a decimal value, it would not save. This portal setting now only accepts whole number values. 108935

On the Timecard Dashboard, Export Submitted Timecards displayed duplicate hours in the generated report. 109030
On the Timecard Dashboard, selecting Batch Action > Create Line From Clock-Ins does not populate the EMCo field from the Equipment Company set in the Employee record. 108772
Timecard Admins could not view or download processed or submitted timecards or timecard reports for terminated employees from the Timecard Dashboard. 109176
On the Timecard Time Worked grid, the hours subtotal did not match the hours on the Timecard lines generated from the Timeclock. 108904
