Images taken in portrait mode on a mobile device and attached to Expenses, Support Requests, or during Update Info were changed to landscape mode when the attachment was downloaded.

Emergency Contacts

Issues FixedIssue #
HR managers with permission to view emergency contacts were unable to view emergency contacts for employees who were assigned to an HRCo and a PRCo that were different from the manager's HRCo and PRCo. Instead of the list of emergency contacts, the manager received the following error message: There are currently no emergency contacts for this employee.108328
When adding an emergency contact, a zip code with more than five digits and phone numbers with more than 10 digits could be entered and saved.

The Expense Posting Dashboard timed out when searching for a large volume of expense lines (for example, 1,200 or more).
Note: Expense Posting Dashboard performance has been significantly improved.
When entering expenses on an iOS device, the keyboard did not display after selecting the Employee drop-down. 108327

Onboarding / Applicant Tracking

If the portal setting Initialize New hires to Payroll was enabled, new hires with an Expected Hire Date in the future were set as active when new hire records were initialized to Vista.

Setting location: Admin > Portal Settings > Onboarding / ATS > General Configuration.

Time Off

Issues FixedIssue #
If the portal setting Auto-Select first Leave Code in list was enabled and the first leave code listed in Extended Leave Code Configuration was set as inactive in Vista, that inactive code displayed in the leave code drop-down on the Manage My Time Off page.

Both settings located under: Admin > Portal Settings > Time Off > General Configuration.
For users with an approved time off request for a future date, Projected Hours Available did not calculate correctly if the employee submitted an additional time off request that fell between the current date and the approved future date. 108208

When portal setting Hours from 12:00 AM on the PR End Date to lock the portal batch from further editing was enabled, after the pay period auto-locking time passed, users with hours entered on Standard Timecards were showing multiple times on the Timecard Approval and Timecard Dashboard pages.

The following error message occurred when PostDate was in Row Groups on the Grid Timecard Layout and users attempted to add a new row with a date in the pay period: Error! Date Worked must be within the pay period. 108339

Group Clock In/Out on the Grid Timecard was one day ahead of the pay period beginning and ending date, allowing users to clock in/out the day before the pay period began and not allowing users to clock in/out on the pay period ending date. 108245
Bulk Add Job Lookup was returning different results from adding a new line in the grid when Grid Timecard setting Editable Large Data Set was set to Editable.108433
