About Jobpac Integration

Jobpac™-to-Viewpoint Team™ integration allows you to manage Jobpac projects using Team.

Once you have installed or integrated Team with Jobpac, your Jobpac data will be available in Team.

Note: Adding a project in Team also adds it to your Jobpac system. However, other data types do not currently write back to Jobpac.
Note how your Jobpac data is migrated to Team:
  • Jobpac work ids become business units in Team. For details on how Team displays Jobpac company cost centers, see Business Units or View Companies.
  • Jobpac jobs become projects in Team. For details on projects, see Projects. For details on importing a project from Jobpac, see Import a Project from your ERP.
  • Jobpac operators become users in Team. For details on adding users from Jobpac, see Add Users from your ERP.
  • Jobpac-Team does not support contacts at this time. For details on working with contacts, see Contacts
Note: Contacts from Jobpac are not automatically integrated into Team. In order to add a contact to a work item (RFI, Issue, or Submittal) you must manually create or add a contact.

Project Types, Doc Types, Status Codes and Contacts do not have corresponding data types in Jobpac. For details on using those options, see Project Types, Document Types, Status Codes, or Contacts.
