Sync with your ERP System

Administrators can sync Viewpoint Team™ with the connected ERP system (Vista, Spectrum, or Jobpac) to refresh some types of data that have been updated in the ERP system. Sync the connected ERP system by going to Admin Center > Vista/Spectrum/Jobpac Settings > Refresh

Note the following information is not automatically updated, and requires a sync in order to see the latest updates:
  • Companies/Cost Centers
  • Status Codes (applies to Vista-integrated systems only)
  • Document Types (applies to Vista-integrated systems only)
  1. Select your name in the upper right corner and select Admin Center.
    Note: If you don't see Admin Center, you have not been set up as an administrator. Contact your System Administrator for assistance.

    If you have more than one enterprise, select it from the Admin Center list.

    The selected Enterprise Info tab appears.
  2. Click the Vista/Spectrum/Jobpac Settings tab.
    The Vista/Spectrum/Jobpac Refresh area displays the time and date of the last sync between Viewpoint Team™ and the ERP system.
  3. Click Refresh to sync data from the ERP system.
    You can continue working while the data is syncing. However, if you log out of Viewpoint Team™, the sync will stop.
Viewpoint Team™ is updated with the latest information from the ERP system.
