Disable Multi-Factor Authentication

Trimble Construction One enterprise administrators can disable MFA on a project level or for individual users. If you don't have access to your device, this may be an issue with MFA.

Important: If you are a Viewpoint For Projects user, see Disable Multi-Factor Authentication in the VFP Help. The instructions below are only for Team and Trimble Construction One Analytics users.
If you have enabled MFA for your enterprise, all current users will still need to use two-step verification to log into Trimble Construction One. New users will not have to use a two-step verification application.
  1. Select your name in the upper right corner and select Admin Center.
Note: If you don't see Admin Center, you have not been set up as an administrator. Contact your System Administrator for assistance.

If you have more than one enterprise, select it from the Admin Center list.

The selected Enterprise Info tab appears.
  2. Go to Enterprise Settings > Security.
  3. Select Disable.
Note: If a user in your enterprise needs to deactivate MFA, email customer support at https://support.viewpoint.com/s/.
Your enterprise multi-factor authentication is now disabled.
