Enable Multi-Factor Authentication

You can use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for two-step, enhanced security protection from data breaches and hackers for your enterprise.

You must be an Enterprise Admin to enable MFA.
Enabling MFA will require all users to download a two factor authentication application on their personal device such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy to log-in to their Trimble Construction One account.
  1. Select your name in the upper right corner and select Admin Center.
Note: If you don't see Admin Center, you have not been set up as an administrator. Contact your System Administrator for assistance.

If you have more than one enterprise, select it from the Admin Center list.

The selected Enterprise Info tab appears.
  2. Go to Enterprise Settings > Security.
  3. Select Enable.
All users in the enterprise are now required to log-in with two-step multi-factor authentication.
