Add a line item to your PCO with Team Mobile

Learn how to modify and add line items to your Potential Change Orders.

  1. Tap the menu in the top-left corner of the screen, and do one of the following:
    • Tap the name of your project to open the project home page.
    • Tap Change Project, locate the project, and then tap to open it.
  2. Select PCOs to open your PCO log, and select your change order.
  3. Under PCO Items select Add Line Item
    The New Line Item window displays.
  4. Enter your description and select the type.
  5. Increase or decrease your Schedule Impact by tapping the plus or minus buttons.
  6. Set the Contract Change Amount and Quantity.
    Note: For non-connected users, you cannot add Contracts or Billing Items.
  7. Enter a Unit of Measure and a Note.
  8. Once you are finished, select Save.
Your line item is now added to your PCO.
