Ball in Court

Ball in Court Organization: The organization to which the current RFI assignee belongs.
Ball in Court Contact: The name of the contact currently assigned to the RFI.

Year: Calendar year starting with January 1st and ending on December 31st. This may be different from the company's Fiscal Calendar. Note that this value is based on the actual date of each record.
Month: Includes all dates from the start of the month through the end of the month. Note that this value is based on the actual date of each record.
Week: This is the week number using a 12 month calendar year. Note that this value is based on the actual date of each record.
Day: This is the day of the month. Note that this value is based on the actual date of each record.

From Organization: The organization to which the "RFI From" contact belongs.
From Contact: The name of the contact sending the RFI.

Avg Days Overdue: The average number of days the RFI is overdue.
Avg Days to Mark as Answered: The average number of days for the RFI to be marked as answered.
Avg Days to Respond: The average number of days to respond to the RFI.
Avg Total Days for Close: The average number of days for the RFI to close.
Cost Impact: The amount by which the project cost is impacted.
Count of Drawings: This is the count of drawings.
Count of RFIs: This is a count of RFIs.
Days Overdue: The number of days the RFI is overdue.
Days to Respond: The number of days to respond to the RFI.
Days to Mark as Answered: The number of days to for the RFI to be marked as answered.
ROM Impact: The rough order of magnitude by which the project cost is impacted.
Schedule Impact: The number of days by which the schedule is impacted.
Total Days for Close: The total number of days for the RFI to close.

Type: This code represents the type of RFI.
Project: This code represents the parent project to the RFI.
RFI Number: This number is used to identify the RFI.
Impact Description: Describes how the project schedule, ROM or cost could be impacted by the information in the RFI or change made due to the RFI.
Drawing Impact: Indicates that the project drawings could be impacted by the information in the RFI or change made due to the RFI.
Subject: The title or subject of the RFI.
Revision: The revision number of the RFI.
Reference: The reference information of the RFI.
Notes: The notes that have been entered for the RFI.
Question: The question that must be answered by the RFI.
Suggestion: The possible answer that has been added as a suggestion for the RFI.
Response: The actual response for the RFI.
