View a Standard Report

You can view a standard report to help you analyze and track your project data by using the Reporting option on the Submittals, RFIs, or Daily Logs page.

Note: In order to view or create reports, a user must first be assigned an Analytics role by the Enterprise Admin. See Edit a User for details on editing a user's access level.
  1. To view a standard report from the Submittals, RFIs, or Daily Logs page, select Reporting and then select the report title from the drop-down menu.
    The standard report appears.
  2. (Optional) To filter the fields or measures shown in the report, click in the heading for the field or measure you want to filter and drag it to the Filter drop-down menu. Note that this menu will display No Filters until you drag and drop a heading into it.
    The Filter dialog appears. The dialog will vary depending on whether you add a field or a measure.
  3. (Optional) To change how the data is displayed, select Actions > Show Report as Table/Chart and select a display option.
  4. (Optional) To export the report as a PDF, CSV, or Excel file, select Actions > Export, and then select an export option.
  5. (Optional) You can use the Actions menu to change how the data is displayed on your system. (for example, in a table or chart). You can also export a standard report by selecting an export option from the Actions menu. Note that you cannot delete the report or modify the parameters.
To return to your project, select work item tab (Submittals, RFIs, or Daily Logs) in the breadcrumbs at the top of the page.

The following is a summary of standard reports available for Submittals, RFIs, and Daily Logs.

Overdue Submittals

Shows a summary of all overdue submittals for Team projects, and displays the days overdue for each one.

Pending Submittals

Displays a summary of all pending submittals for Team projects, and shows both the lead days and days overdue for each one.

RFI Questions & Ball in Court

Provides a summary of "Questions" and "Ball in Court" details for your project RFIs, as well as "Days Overdue" and "Total Days for Close."

Daily Logs - Weather

Shows information about weather delays.

Daily Logs - Work

Shows information about hours and quantity for work and equipment.
