You can subscribe to a folder in order to get notified of
changes made to it and its sub-folders by going to Projects > Documents > Subscribe.
Note: You must be added as a project contact before you can subscribe to a
folder.
Administrators can also subscribe users to folders by
going to Projects > Documents > Actions. For details, see Subscribe a User to a Folder.
From the home page, under Projects, select the name of
the project you want to open.
Alternatively, go to the main menu
in the upper left-hand corner, select Projects, and then select the
name of the project you want to open.
The Dashboard for the project
appears.
Select the Documents tab.
Select the check box next to the folder you want
to subscribe to.
Select the Subscribe check box to
subscribe to the folder.
The Subscribe check box changes
to Subscribed for the
selected folder(s).
You will be notified of any
changes (uploads, edits, revisions, deletions, etc.) made to the folder that you have
subscribed to, and any of its sub-folders.
Note: Subscriptions inherit throughout the
folder tree; subscribing to a top-level folder also subscribes you to all
sub-folders. Additionally, older notifications are batched; as a result, you will
receive one combined email listing changes per folder, per hour.
You can unsubscribe
from a folder by going to Projects > Documents > Unsubscribe.
