Email a Form

You can share forms with Team contacts via email notification and add any comments that you want included in the email by going to Projects > Forms > > Email.

In order to email a form to a Team contact, the contact must first have a role that has permission to view the form prior to the form being created.
  1. From the home page, under Projects, select the name of the project you want to open.
    Alternatively, go to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner, select Projects, and then select the name of the project you want to open.
    The Dashboard for the project appears.
  2. Select the Forms tab.
  3. Select the check-box for the Form(s) you want to email.
  4. Select the More button or the Actions button, and then select Email.
  5. Enter the contact name or distribution group.
  6. (Optional) Add a comment to be included in the body of the email notification.
  7. Select Email Form.
Project users are notified via email that a Form has been shared with them.
