Create a Revision for an Issue

You can create a revision of an issue to modify the details of the issue and restart the issue process by going to Projects > Issues > Other Actions > Create a Revision.

You can create a revision for an issue that has been sent, responded to, or marked complete.

  1. From the home page, under Projects, select the name of the project you want to open.
    Alternatively, go to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner, select Projects, and then select the name of the project you want to open.
    The Dashboard for the project appears.
  2. Click the Issues tab.
  3. Click on the issue number for the issue you want to work with.
    Note: The issue number appears in blue text and becomes underlined when you mouse over it.
    The Issue page appears.
  4. Click the Other Actions button and select Create a Revision.
    To view a previous revision, click on the revision number in the header and select the version you want to see.
A new revision of the issue is created and the previous version is set to closed. You can modify the details of the issue and send it.
