Select a Work Item List View

You can select an existing view to apply custom list settings to the work items, allowing you to quickly control how the information is displayed, by going to Save and selecting the view you want to apply.

A view can affect the columns shown, the column order, and the filters applied. Views can be either private or public. You can use all views you have created and any public videos created by others.
  1. From the home page, under Projects, select the name of the project you want to open.
    Alternatively, go to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner, select Projects, and then select the name of the project you want to open.
    The Dashboard for the project appears.
  2. Click the tab of the work item type you want to work with (submittal, RFI, issue).
  3. Click the drop-down arrow next to the Save button and select the view you want to apply.
    You can also click in the Search field and begin typing to filter the list of saved views.
The selected view is applied to the work item list.
