Create an Album

You can create photo albums to store and organize job site photos. Go to Projects > Photos to begin.

  1. From the home page, under Projects, select the name of the project you want to open.
    Alternatively, go to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner, select Projects, and then select the name of the project you want to open.
    The Dashboard for the project appears.
  2. Select the Photos tab.
  3. In the upper right corner, select the folder icon .
  4. Enter the Name of your album.
  5. Set the Visibility of your album to either Private or Public.
    1. If you set your album to private, you can add Collaborators to your album.
      Note: Collaborators have the ability to upload, view, and edit photos within a private album.
  6. When you are finished, select Create Album.
All of your created albums will display in the Album view.
