About Potential Change Orders

Potential Change Orders refer to change orders that are in the process of being estimated or waiting for pricing/approval.

Think of a potential change order as a worksheet that stores all of the items that are affected by a potential change in scope. PCOs are used to record information about a potential change to an area of work assigned to a project, including detailed pricing information as it relates to current estimates, commitments, and contract item amounts.

The PCO Log contains a grid view of the potential change orders made in Team and those transferred to your ERP.
Note: PCOs transferred to your ERP are locked and cannot be edited in Team.
