Reopen an RFI

Once you reopen an RFI, you can edit it. See Edit an RFI.

    The Reopen RFI window appears.

  5. Select one of the following states for the reopened RFI:

    • Sent
    • Responded
Note: If you select Sent or Responded as an RFI state, you can edit both the From and To fields, so that the appropriate team members are notified of the reopened RFI. See Send an RFI and Respond to an RFI.
  6. (Optional) In the Comment field, add a comment as to why you are reopening the RFI.
  7. Click Reopen.
The RFI appears in the reopened state selected for it.
