Create a Submittals Report

You can create a Submittals report to help you analyze and track data on Submittals.

Note: In order to view or create reports, a user must first be assigned an Analytics role by the Enterprise Admin. See Edit a User for details on editing a user's access level.

Use the following instructions to create a report from the Submittals page for your project. To create a report from the ViewpointOne Home page, see Create a Report from the Home Page.

  1. Navigate to the Submittals page by opening the project dashboard and selecting the Submittals tab.
    The Submittals page appears.
  2. Select Reporting > New Submittals Report.
    The New Submittals Report page opens in Viewpoint Analytics.

    From here, you can select the fields you want to use in the report. For descriptions of each of the available fields, see Project Management: Submittals.

Once you have created a report, you can return to your project by selecting Submittals in the breadcrumbs at the top of the page.
