What's New for Administrators

Administrators can use the following enhancements to better manage their instance of Viewpoint Team™.

Logo on email notifications

You can now upload a company logo or custom image so that it replaces the Viewpoint logo on email notifications. The logo-upload function is located on the Enterprise Info of the Enterprise tab in Admin Center. We recommend using a rectangular logo with a transparent background. File size should not exceed 200KB for improved site and email performance.

Further Vista Integration

This release includes the sharing of information between the office, team and field, so that all parties are working from the same data. New integration records data from Viewpoint Team™ Submittals, RFIs and Issues in Vista™, in near real-time (future project management features will follow suit).

Vista Integration Forward Log

The Vista Settings tab of Admin Center now includes a Forward Log reflecting all activity for data transfers from Viewpoint Team™ to Vista. It includes queued and successful transfers, as well as any errors for failed transfers, and allows you to search to locate particular data-transfer details.
