What's New for Administrators

A new version of the Team API is available to further support one-way Team-to-Vista integration records data from Team submittals, RFIs and issues to Vista in near real-time—so that office, team and field are working with the same data.

The updated Vista API and Viewpoint Team Installation Manual are available here on ClearView.

Note: If you need to update the Vista API, you must first uninstall the previous version before installing the newest version of the API.
Note: one-way Team-to-Vista integration "write-backs" have to be enabled by Vista enterprise.
  • For existing customers this means installing an updated API and first migrating any data that has already been created in Team to Vista. To do so, you must log a Team support case via ClearView. A date will then be scheduled for Viewpoint’s product management and development teams to complete setup.
  • For new customers, Professional Services will set up this capability during implementation.
