What's New in 2017-R2

What's New is an overview of the new features in Viewpoint Team™ 2017-R2 release.

You can now customize labels for fields, actions, and states for submittals to match how you and others in your business talk about the submittal workflow. Labels are customized for the enterprise.

You can now filter the list of available contacts when selecting a contact for a submittal, making it faster and easier to find the right contact. You can select to see only contacts in Viewpoint Team™ or only PM Contacts from Vista.

You can now add a contact on the fly when you are working in a submittal if the contact you want doesn't exist. When you add a new submittal, edit an existing submittal, or edit multiple submittals, in any field where you select a contact, click New Contact to add a new contact to Viewpoint Team™.

You can now revoke an invited users access to a project, if you no longer want them to be able to access the project, but still want them to be a contact in Viewpoint Team™.

You can now delete projects from Viewpoint Team™ if they are no longer needed.

The Project Admin user access level is now available for users added to Viewpoint Team™ from Vista. Users with this access level can add, manage, and delete projects.
